About Me

A VRS veteran, Sarah joined the team in 2006 after graduating from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Biology. She's since spent the best part of two decades recruiting within Analytical Chemistry, specialising in Bioanalysis, and now oversees the day-to-day running of VRS (someone has to keep this lot in line!) An active member of the Reid Bioanalytical Forum Committee, Sarah is passionate about supporting early-career scientists and leads the Reid Mentoring Programme.

Originally hailing from Birmingham, this Brummie mummy is a curry enthusiast and devoted mother to Edith the pug (and two human children!)

A huge fan of live music and an avid traveller, Sarah can frequently be found combining the two, watching a band we've never heard of in a city she's never visited.
